Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with 4baby and we appreciate your business. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we want to ensure that you have a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please review our return policy below, which is applicable for orders shipped to Oman.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team immediately after receiving the order with detailed descriptions (order number along with the reason for the return) and photos (invoice and the item with a clear barcode number). Our team will assist you promptly by providing a detailed instruction.

Timeframe:

You have 15 days from the date of purchasing to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds beyond this timeframe.

Eligibility:

Our return policy applies only to a product delivered wrongly or received a damaged product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used or show signs of wear beyond normal handling and inspection. Any item with a missing barcode number is not eligible to be returned. Additionally, items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. 4baby cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. You will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your return once it has been inspected & processed.

For safety, health, and hygienic reasons, some products are final sale and cannot be returned. These products include, but are not limited to:

      • Pacifiers

      • Bath tubs
      • Potties & training pants
      • Underwear & swim diapers
      • Diapers
      • Food
      • Gift Cards
      • Clearance items
      • Floor model items
      • Any products that have been assembled
